The location is so close to the beach, the apartment is clean and comfortable, there is plenty of space, a separate spacious living room. All is new and renovated. It's also close to walk to the city centre by foot, only 5-10 minutes depending on your walking speed. We would definitely come back to this place and recommend it to anyone staying in the wonderful city of Pescara. Probably the first time that I can't think of anything that I didn't like. It's maybe this common thing in older buildings across France and Italy which are not very well isolated but that it the case almost anywhere in Europe.

The property was absolutely perfect, very clean, stylish, and equipped with everything we needed. Both the kitchen and the bathroom were fully equipped, which made our stay very comfortable. The location is wonderful: quiet, safe, and situated in a more upscale area. The beach is literally just across the street, only a few steps away from the building. When we arrived, we had a small issue with the access code, but the host was incredibly kind, helpful, and responsive. As soon as we contacted them, they assisted us immediately and made everything very easy. Behind the building, there is the beautiful Saint Anthony of Padua Church, which is definitely worth visiting. On some days, you can hear the church bells ringing, but rather than being disturbing, they create a peaceful and comforting atmosphere. I wholeheartedly recommend this property, and I will definitely return in the future. Thank you so much for the warm welcome!

La stazione ferroviaria di Pescara Centrale è a circa 1,4 km di distanza a piedi, mentre l'aeroporto è a 6,5 km e raggiungibile con il servizio di bus cittadino. La principale via dello shopping è a 10 minuti a piedi e il mare è invece al di là della strada con lidi attrezzati e spiaggia libera.
