The property is so pretty , felt like home away From home ! Right across the road from the beach, walked (20 min) from the train station. 15 minute walk to the main town . Hosts were very responsive and were helpful with an early check in . Maybe hire a car , lovely to drive up and down to the coast , up to the mountains. Also a great outlet centre 10 minutes drive away , brilliant discounts ! Nothing

Ambiente molto curato e super accogliente, la zona Living molto curata, lo spazio è silenzioso e davvero molto bello, Spazi comodi e organizzati bene, Stare in vacanza e sentirsi a casa è una cosa bellissima, consiglio vivamente! Ottimo vino offerto dall hosting, graditissimo!

La casa di Chiara è in ottima posizione. Posta sul Lungomare di Pescara ma non lontana dal centro e dalla stazione, consente di girare a piedi la città avendo un punto di appoggio proprio fronte mare. Gli spazi sono divisi molto bene, la camera da letto è super silenziosa perchè affaccia nel cortile interno. Lo stabile è molto nuovo e dotato di tutti i comfort.

Right next to the esplanade and beach but quiet and private, the location was IDEAL. The host was very responsive and the accommodations were exactly as described. I would definitely recommend and would love to stay here again.

The apartment was wonderfully air-conditioned and always much cooler than the hot temperatures outside in late August. It was really convenient being able to hang our swimming costumes and towels outside to dry. The bed was comfortable and we slept well. We came to Pescara on a literary pilgrimage inspired by Tim Parks’s “An Italian Education”. We wanted a beach holiday and to experience the summer and the beach Italian-style. It is a delightful city and the beaches are lovely with friendly staff and good facilities. We liked 4Vele (immediately across the road) and Medusa the best. We had some good meals out and got into a lovely rhythm in our days. It was really convenient using a key code to get in and out rather than a physical key. The bottle of wine in the fridge was really nice.

We loved everything. So much character and so chic! Sparkling clean, super modern with classy touches of vintage! Secure, first class service and communication was perfect! The recommendations for dinner were exactly what we wanted! Beachfront literally with a delicious breakfast. You MUST visit this gem! Thank you and we will see you again as it is our new fav place in Italy! There was nothing to dislike!

Posizione ordine e pulizia Suggerimento unico di arieggiare meglio l appartamento poiché all arrivo si sentiva aria viziata null altro se fossimo arrivati con aria fresca o profumata sarebbe stato perfetto solo questo e ciò che segnalo tutto il resto era perfettamente curato con molta attenzione d cordialità ! Mie piaciuto tutto andrebbe solo arieggiato meglio l appartamento quando sono in arrivo nuovi ospiti poiché c era aria viziata all interno e dopo 5 ore con le finestre sparite si sentiva ancora.

Great place to stay! Just in front of the sea. There are variety of restaurants along the promenade. The place itself is safe and comfortable. Walkable distance to the supermarket. Ideal place for a small vacation.

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt in dieser Unterkunft in Pescara! Die Lage ist wirklich unschlagbar – direkt am Meer, mit nur wenigen Schritten zum Strand. Das Apartment selbst war sehr sauber, gut ausgestattet und angenehm klimatisiert – gerade an heißen Sommertagen ein großer Pluspunkt. Man merkt, dass sich die Gastgeber:innen wirklich Mühe geben, damit man sich wohlfühlt. Besonders gefallen hat uns auch die Promenade direkt vor der Tür: ideal für Spaziergänge, Joggingrunden oder einen Aperitivo mit Meerblick. Es gibt eine große Auswahl an Restaurants und Bars in direkter Umgebung – kulinarisch ist man hier bestens versorgt. Insgesamt eine tolle Unterkunft für alle, die entspannte Strandtage mit gutem Essen und einem Hauch italienischem Lebensgefühl verbinden möchten. Wir kommen gerne wieder!
